$299.99 + Chemicals (Residential Pools)
- Remove, clean, and fold up winter pool cover
- Start up equipment and troubleshoot (filter and heater)
- Install deck equipment (ladders, hand rails, etc.)
- Test pool water for sanitizer, pH, and alkalinity levels - then, fill automatic chemical feeder
- Light vacuum of pool bottom (Dirty pools incur an extra charge, if water is black, swamp-like, or filled with leaves)
$249.99 + Materials & Tax (Residential Pools)
- Drain pool to proper level
- Net out debris from top of pool
- (Pool should be clean, clear, and vacuumed)
- Test pool for proper chemical levels
- Remove ladder, handrails, and accessories when possible
- Blow out and plug all plumbing lines when possible
- Blow out heater and drain filter
- Hose off cartridges or DE grids
- Add non-toxic antifreeze to lines when needed
- Install provided Secur-A-Cover or tarp
- Install provided water tubes, if needed
- *All plugs, gizzmos, and water tubes to be provided by homeowner
- There is no guarantee on wood-walled pools, as they have a limited lifetime
